Tartesso
A fast-growing, more affordable corner of the city's new east side.
Tartesso is a newer master-planned community on Buckeye's east side, named for an ancient Phoenician cultural center but built very much for the present: mostly single-family homes, some of the city's more accessible price points, and a growth curve that tracks the whole town's. It is a primary driver of Buckeye's expansion, still filling in with schools, parks, and commercial as the homes arrive.
