Sun City Festival at Festival Ranch
Del Webb's newest 'Sun City' generation, inside the huge Festival Ranch master plan.
Sun City Festival is the 55+ portion of Festival Ranch, a very large master plan on Buckeye's east side, with age-restricted homes built in phases since the mid-2000s. The community runs on its recreation campus: the Sage and Saguaro recreation centers, Copper Canyon Golf Club, a large lighted pickleball complex, and dozens of resident clubs. If someone is comparing active-adult options in the West Valley, Festival is usually in the conversation.
